Repair Department Hours:

Our on-site repair technician is available Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. On Fridays and Saturdays you are still able to drop off or pick up your blinds from our reception desk but the repair technician is not available.

Please be aware that most repairs require that you leave the blind with us for a minimum of 48 hours.


Need a part for your blind? Not sure how to fix it? We will ask you for some specific information about your window coverings to ensure that we provide you with the correct parts and repair instructions. Here are a few basic pieces of information that will help us help you:

Provide the Age of Your Product. With all of the great enhancements and improvements throughout the years, most repairs are product-specific and age dependent.

Provide Your Product’s Name or Type (for example, Duette, Silhouette, vertical blind, wood blind). To try to identify your specific product you can explore the Products section on our website where you will find a description of the product and a photo gallery.

Provide Your Product’s Operating System (for example, cord loop, cordless, standard cord lock, motorized).

We offer full repair services including repairing broken cords on blinds, cutting down blinds, and making custom length drapery tracks. Repairs can be done either in your home or in our store. Please note that manufacturers’ warranties cover the parts and labour for the repair, but they do not cover any in-home trip charges. A trip charge applies for all in-home repairs.

Please note: Manufacturers change their products frequently and replacement parts for older blinds may not be available or match exactly to the original part.
