Looking for Blind Repair Service in Victoria BC?
We service many different brands and styles of blinds and shades. In addition, we are the only Hunter Douglas Authorized Service Centre in British Columbia. You can either bring them into our Victoria showroom or we can come to your home.
Service Department Hours (Victoria Showroom)
You can drop off and pick up your blinds Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm at our Victoria location. Please note that a nominal service fee is due when you drop off your blinds. Our repair technicians will inspect your blinds to determine the best solution. You will need to plan to leave the blind with us, and the repair completion date depends on the availability and ordering time of parts. If your repairs are not covered by a warranty, there will be additional costs depending upon the repair required.
In-Home Blind Repair Service
Our skilled technicians can also repair issues in the comfort of your home, so you do not have to bring your blinds to us. Please note that a trip charge fee applies for all in-home repairs. Some repairs can be made quickly with in-stock parts available, but other repairs may require us to order the parts, which can result in added time to complete the repair and added service fees. Please note that some manufacturers’ warranties may only cover the replacement parts, but not labour.

- Provide the age of your product: With all of the great enhancements and improvements throughout the years, most repairs are product-specific and age-dependent.
- Provide your product’s name or type: To identify your specific product, you can explore the Products section on our website where you will find a description of the product and a photo gallery.
- Provide your product’s operating system.
We carry a large selection of parts for the products we sell including such items as valence clips, tilt wands, tassels, hold down brackets, end caps, bottom weights and chain for verticals, cordless handles, battery wands, and remote controls. Please note that manufacturers change their products frequently and replacement parts for older blinds may not be available or match exactly the original part. We also offer full repair services including cutting down blinds and making custom length drapery tracks.
