COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
New or existing office and retail spaces have their own set of requirements when it comes to window coverings. We have a dedicated team that work with all commercial clients from small offices to projects at the Victoria Airport. They are experienced in the unique needs that are frequently encountered by commercial clients such as flame retardant products, tricky installation situations and tight deadlines. We have the expertise to help you choose low-maintenance window covering solutions that provide energy savings, solar protection, along with reduced glare on work surfaces and computer screens.
HEALTHCARE
Healthcare settings require products that meet hygiene, durability, and maintenance standards and we offer products with these unique features. From a complete blackout solution for the window in an ophthalmologist’s office to a privacy curtain for a hospital cubicle, we’ve done it all. Our projects include hospitals, assisted living residences, medical offices and veterinary clinics where we have provided a range of cubicle curtains, window draperies and custom blinds.
HOSPITALITY
We cater to the hospitality industry by providing products such as custom blinds, valances, draperies, sheers, upholstery, bed coverings, bed skirts, and headboards. Our clients include hotels, motels, bed & breakfasts, and restaurants. Most public use areas that have a drapery installation require that the fabric is rated as flame retardant. Fabrics can be treated to be flame retardant or the fabric itself is inherently and permanently flame retardant because the actual fiber of the yarn in the fabric is flame retardant. We have an extensive library of Fire Retardant fabrics that are designed for commercial and contract use and durability as well as LEED and Green Eco-Friendly fabrics.
MULTI-UNIT RESIDENCES
We have successfully submitted bids for and won many contracts for projects with specified window coverings for multi-unit residences such as condos and townhouses. We also work with builders and developers to provide value-added window covering upgrade packages to enhance the appeal of their units to prospective buyers. Some of our projects are 989 Johnson, 1008 Pandora, Lyra Residences, Travino Living and Jukebox Victoria.
SPECIALTY APPLICATIONS
Have a tricky window to cover – no problem! We can provide manual and motorized window coverings for angled windows, skylights, sunrooms and atriums. Our expertise also includes upholstery and window coverings for boats and ships. Bring us your specialty project and we will offer you functional, stylish solutions. Some of our trickiest window covering projects to date have been the penthouse units at Shoal Point, the Historic Crystal Garden, and the Boom + Batten Restaurant & Cafe.
